Problems with 1130AP

Hi....I have a LAP 1131, this access point is succesfull registered in the wireless lan controllers, I connect the access point without power injector and their radios are up (LED status Green), but when I connect the AP with power injector the radius is DOWN (LED status is orange), How I can resolve this problem?

go to the details page of the access point and under the "power over ethernet settings" clieck on the "power injector state" and select installed.
