Hi,
Currently we are trying to load a Template for the Portal in a WLC 5500, the code does not weigh more than 800 kb compressed with extension .tar, we have done it by FTP and TFTP, the file if it is transferred but at the end of the Transfer sends us an error that it did not find the files, now, investigating we have noticed that it must carry a script called login to be able to execute but even with this it keeps sending the error and can not load it, they have some idea that it could be happening according to your experience.
This is the message you send us when loading to the WLC:
1.- TFTP transfer of Web authentication bundle starting.
2.- TFTP receive complete... extracting webauth files.
3.- Error extracting webauth files.
Thanks.

which application you used to covert the file in .tar format ?
I will recommand to use unix Program(cygwin) to convert it ... Just check the post mentioned by Falvio.
