Public WLAN for Internet Access - Antennas

Hi!

I have to build a public Internet access WLAN. Everything is fine, but I'm not sure which antennas should I use.

I'll use 1230's AP's, the 2.2 dBi rubber ducks are enough? Should I use a sector antenna? Or a big omni?

It depends what kind of coverage you want. As always it is best to perform a site survey to make sure you are getting coverage in all of the places that you want it. If you are doing a small area a 2.2dBi rubber ducky will probably work just fine.
