Question on Firmware Release dates

Why does 7.2 have a later release date than 7.3 and 7.4? This is for the WLC 2500 series. Do I install the firmware with the latest release date or the latest version?

That version of 7.2 is a MR, not an intial release.

as for which version, all depends on what you are looking to do.  Read through the release notes and find which new features are things you need/want to do.

Note that the difference between 7.2 and 7.3 is called a train .. In each train there can be multiple releases.

Typically there is significant difference supported in each train ..
