"not allowed to invite with the domain"

Hello Community,

In Cisco DNA Spaces->Invite Admin we are trying to add Administrative Users and receiving the message:

"Not allowed to invite with the domain"

We have tried adding users from multiple domains, including '.com' '.in' '.la' and receive the same error consistently.

If anyone has seen this and can offer suggestions it would be appreciated.

Thanks they responded.  Problem was in Account Preferences, where the domain specified was erroneous.

yeah they have some good support for these things
