"WAP4410N stops responding very often"

Hi Cisco,

 

We purchased two "WAP4410N" units , we kept for production environment but it's frequently disconnects and network is very unstable, if suppose connected to this device and try pinging any of the server, i am getting packet loss and very random reply.

and if i connct with ethernet LAN,it will be more stable

I never saw this kind of product from any manufacturer and because of this Cisco is loosing the market value.
