Hi
I have a Cisco terminal type AP Model AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9, IOS Version 15.3(3)JK6$, it disconnects without any intervention from the switch and the controller then it reconnects without any intervention. the reason is: Reason: Radio reset due to (10) Radio interface reset. I ask for your help to solve this problem and at the same time to know the root cause.
Best Regards

Most likely reason is software bug or hardware fault - check the logs on the WLC and the AP and check WLC for crash logs.
15.3(3)JK6 corresponds to 8.10.162.0 - you can try upgrading to 8.10.181.0

This issue is very common with APs on classic IOS.
There is a long list of bugs which causes the firmware files to get corrupted. Rebooting the AP usually works. Leaving the AP powered off for, say 10 minutes (to cool down the electronics), also helps. Alternatively, RMA the AP is a good idea.
On the AP, post the complete output to the command "dir".
