RAP connecting to another RAP

I have 4 AIR-LAP1522AG-A-K9 raps in proximity of each other. Each RAP has it's own ethernet connection on the wifi vlan. One of the raps connects on the vlan, however, the 3 other RAPs connect to the first rap as their parent AP and don't use the ethernet connection. All the AP's are configured in RootAP mode and in the same bridge group, on the same controller.

They should all be using their own ethernet connection. Any ideas?

A RAP will associate to whoeever it can through wireless if it cannot find a WLC on the ethernet.

I would recommend you shutdown your RAP that is parenting the others and see if the others are joining on ethernet. If not, you have a network issue.
