Redhat Linux for WCS Software Download?

I have an order in for WCS for Linux. I am reading that I need Red Hat 4.0 ES or AS to run WCS. My question is do I need to buy Red Hat 4.0 ES direct from Red Hat or is it freely available for download? Any links would be greatly appreciated.
