Hello Team,

I wanted to know that if there is no firewall for guest traffic but still i have one foreign WLC and Anchor WLC then how to isolate traffic for Guest-users using our core network.

Please let me know how many options are there for this kind of setup.

Thanks

Manish Jain

I can only think of ACL and VLAN.

As Balaji mentioned it’s via ACL or vlan.

In this setup without or with firewall, all traffic is simply tunneled to anchor controller. So you apply an ACL on anchor controller or map the SSiD to an interface which a mapped to specific vlan and on the gateway for that vlan (which is probably your core or firewall) Apply an ACL to control traffic.

Either way is fine
