Release Date for Cisco 802.11G NIC cards

I heard that Cisco's projected release date for their 802.11g NICs was the 2nd quarter of 2004. If this is true what marketing sense does it make to release the .G radio modules without the NICs?

Hopefully this is all a rumor and we can get the .G NICs before the end of this year........hopefully

If this is true, very misfortune...

I think very desirable marketing method that Cisco announce 802.11g solution with AP's module and NIC at the same time...

The latest information from Cisco is FCS in December and general available in January.
