Good Morning,
i have a simple question.
I had a Nokia E series with ICC for Cisco and i have activated the permanent license of this software.
If this cell phone is broken, and so i can't release the license from the option of ICC software directly form the phone, what step do i have to do to release the license?
I have to send an e-mail to a particoular address to Nokia or to Cisco?
what information of cell phone are important and fundamental?

Also include your IMEI code and the licence code in the email.

Create Cisco or Nokia TAC.
IMEI code is needed.

but to create a TAC for release of nokia license i need to have a smartnet of what?
And if i would like to open a TAC to Nokia, what i have to do?
I have purchased only the license of Nokia ICC for Cisco and i don't have any smartnet or similar.
can you tell me detailed step (site, link...) to follow?
