how to reset to factory default the WLC 5500, admin password is not working too

Hello Vishael

If you can use GUI for admin password, you can console to WLC 5508. When WLC is booting press scape key and try with recovery password

Once controller boot up & prompted for username type "recover-config". That will do what you want.
