Right side of my 730 headset is not working

I updated the software to the latest version. It started yesterday and I hoped the update would help. Is there a fix?

      - Software of what , are  you talking about Cisco products  involved ?

My Cisco HS 730-OCJ wireless over ear headphones. I used the Cisco app to update the firmware

 - Perhaps the right side of the headset is  got broken and or  you should get another one (?)

The headset is less than a year old and I take great care not to damage it.
