Roaming Issue with IPAQs

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix a problem with HP IPAQs (H6340) and not roaming from AP to AP.

The IPAQ seems to stay with the 1st AP it associates with and only moves to another when it totally losses signal to that access point.

Anyone have any ideas to fix the problem?

I read that the problem was caused due to the authentication or actually the pre-authentication before the roaming. Do you have the lattes ROM update for the H6340?

If you do and the problem continues the next step will be to analyze the channel where the device is believe to roam to and see if a pre-authentication is done and successful.
