Scheduled Job is getting activated in wrong date and time in Cisco Prime Infrastructure

In the Cisco Prime Infrastructure, our end client scheduled a C6880 switch upgrade at 4:00 AM time, however the job got activated at 9:55 AM and also in different date. This resulted in switch getting rebooted (due to IOS upgrade) in operation hours.
 
I checked the time set for both the switch and the prime and both are set in same time.
 
Can anyone help me in what and all I need to check further on this.

Make sure all the devices are NTP synched and configured correctly, since most of the devices rely on NTP.
