secondary 3504 WLC controller loses GW reachability once HA is UP (SSO)

The issue is the Secondary controller keeps losing gateway reachability once the HA is up, you can see that in the logs.

Both Controllers connected to 9500 Core with virtual stack, each WLC having a separate port channel, while the two WLCs are separate ( not in SSO ) both are fine, once the HA is up and the secondary took the primary IP, it will mention gateway reachable failure.
