sincronizacion Ap AIR-CAP26 con WLC

Buenso Dias,

Compañeros,

Espero se encuentren bien, desde hace dias presento fallas con 3 access point que no se ven en la wirelles controller; cuando voy al AP observo que 1 titila verde y rojo 2 de ellos quedo con la luz en verde fija pero la controladora no la ve; que me recomiendan ustedes, reser factory default y luego volver a conectarlo con la controller.

Hi, 

First try to see the AP is showing in the sh cdp nei in the connected switch, and try to ping it from the access switch and try to ping from dis switch as well, and if you have access to the console, take the AP and see to which controller it's trying to connect and also ping to the gateway and see it's responding or not.

If the AP is reachable from access switch/ dis switch and if it's responding to ping then no problem from AP side, try to see to which controller it's trying to connect,

Buenso dias, logre ver el AP desde AP Join Statistics de la wirelles controller y el mismo tiene esta condicion:

no joined       00:00:00:00:00:00   XX.XX.XX.XX
