New AP models 1600, 2600 and 3600 use one connector for both RF bands. I need the 2,4 band only. Is it possible to use old 2,4GHz wallmount patch antennas for those APs?

You can is that's only what you want to use. You would only have 2.4ghz from that ap. I would also make sure you disable the 5ghz and also assign one port as the primary tx and rx.

You need to disable the 5 GHz band on the AP.
