What firmware is the controller running on?
Are these issues affecting ALL WIRELESS CLIENTS or just one (or few) wireless clients?
Are the affecting wireless clients on 2.4 Ghz or 5.0 Ghz radio?
What kind of APs are the wireless clients operating on?

Is this the admin page which is very slow, or also the guest portal?

I think there was a bug a year back or so, which could cause slow http/https access to the WLC admin page / guest portal (other traffic was not affected). This was fixed in current images.
