SNMP OID for turning on/off WLC 2.4/5ghz

My apologies if this has been asked, however I am having trouble resolving my issue. So I am posting it here.

I am researching what the OID(s) for SNMP would be, for powering on/off 2.4/5 ghz wireless within a vWLC.  The software version is 8.3.150.  I am not having much luck and was wondering if anyone had specific document numbers/links or even link to a write up on the subject?

Thank you

To disable it on the vWLC for all APs (via SSH):

config 802.11a disable
config 802.11b disable

Simply swap disable with enable to reenable it again.

I'm not aware of any way via SNMP.

  • Thank you everyone so far for your response.  I knew it could be done via SSH however never have done that so thank you.  Work however was asking me to explore SNMP, I could not find anything on my own, and so I wanted to ask the community at large to see if there was anything I was missing.

i do not believe as i mentioned in the past post , you need to alternative method or Do you  use Prime Infra to do this task.
