Hello,
i have installed the Spectrum Expert Software on my Dell Latidude D520 Notebook.
The Card ist correct installed to.
(Control Panel --> System --> Hardware)
But if started the software the software hang up and do nothing.
I can stop the software with taskmanager only.
What the Problem ?

Try disabling the onboard card first to see if there is an interupt issue. Also, make sure you have bluetooth disabled if it exists on that model of Dell.

Yes, the BT device and the wiresless build in card are disabled.

Problem and Solution found now.
On my Laptop the COMODO Personal Firewall are installed Vers 3.0.25.378.
This Software are the Problem.
After remove the Software the Spectrum Expert start without problems and work fine.
