Hello Sejelmohajj,

I recently upgraded a WLC 5520 to 8.10.112.0 and didn't face that issue.

Can you show the output of "show network summary" command ?

Thank you,

Léo

Hello,

I encountered the same issue today after upgrading 5520 WLC to 8.10.112.0. As SSH client I was using SecureCRT and, trying to connect, I received the message

The server has disconnected with an error. Server message reads:
A protocol error occurred. Bye Bye

For SecureCRT I find that I have to change the "Key exchange" with "ecdh-sha2-nistp256". You can find the solution at the following link

With Putty client, I didn't have any issue.

So, probably, with the firmware 8.10.112 it is changed the key exchange protocol in ssh connection and with some client you need to change settings manually.
