Hi,
Has any body had a similar problem as me.
When I configure the access points (cisco 1200 series IOS 12.3(4)) for tacacs+ access, the console and CLI work fine, the the Web HTTP access continually prompts for passward and I can never gain access via web.
I ahve tried the various cli combinations of IP HTTP AUTHENTICATION, but still does not seem to work with tacacs+.
Does anyone have any suggestions??
Thanks in advance.

username admin password blowmonkey
aaa authentication login httpmethod group tacacs local
ip http authentication httpmethod
THis should resolve your problem. Dont use an existing method of authentication for your HTTP authentication.

Wouldn't it be easier to just issue "ip http authentication aaa", then you don't need any extra AAA commands or user accounts in each AP.
Keep in mind you need to have all 15 lvls of accounting, or something like that some of the web pages don't display without it.
