I'm just a user with zero knowledge on IP phone setup. We recently purchased a Cisco IP 8865 to use it with out third-party phone system (Vonage). We found out that the device came with enterprise software instead of 3PCC or MPP.
The seller just -disapeared- so we cannot dispute the purchase with Ebay.
We decided to get a license to convert the device to MPP, we went through all steps and after the phone restarted with the upgrade it's asking for Migration License which I assume is the one we purchased and uploaded to the cloud upgrade portal.
I saw the troubleshooting if this message is shown after the upgrade, and it asks to redo the process but the Alternate TFTP option is not shown on the IPV4 of Network settings.
How can I get that to show on the menu so I can upgrade again? Is there any alternate solution?
I'm just an average user who doesn't know anything on network configuration.
