Hi,

I faced some issues in my wifi network,

The employee can't see the SSID wireless network, and when I checked the WLC and AP and POE and POWER, I saw all things doing well..

I noticed when I login to WLC and checked - the all AP gets IP but not joined...

So how can I fix it.. thanks all

paste the output of these cpommands:

From WLC: Show sysinfo

From WLC: Show time

From AP: Sh version

Also console at least one AP and paste the debug or bootup logs

Great! Yes, it's working now, AP is starting joined to WLC as well, and I tested wifi connection with the phone it's connected and succeed..joind.JPG

Thanks you so much @Sandeep Choudhary

Also check this field notice form cisco:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/639/fn63942.html

I suspect APs that Fail to Join the WLC Due to an Expired Certificate, therefore you need to run this command your WLC:

config ap cert-expiry-ignore mic enable

Time and date of the WLC is incorrect.
Configure NTP and reboot the AP.

So if you had just read the field notice and followed the instructions from the start (like I said on the other thread) then you would have solved the problem @sulimanalassiry

Also note that the version of code you're using (7.3.101.0) is VERY old so you also need to update that to a supported version.
