The Primary Controller Name on the AP's is showing symbols

We had two 8540 running as primary and secondary on Software Version 8.10.151.0. At random time the AP failover from primary to secondary and under the High Availability --> Primary Controller (name) I see symbols. This is happening for multiple types of AP's. 3700,3800,1500,9130.

NO. we updated the WLC about one year ago. This issue just stared happening in January this year.

what is the Logs show ? how is your network connected 2 WLC ?

Never saw AP migrating to WLC as standby mode.  Can you share the command show redundancy summary from both peer please?
