looking at the getting started guide for the AP4800, i can see that one can only have full functionality when using 803.bt or uPoE. can i be able to use this injector from Zyxel: https://www.zyxel.com/us/en-us/products/switch/5g-poe-injector-poe12-60w/overview and have full functionality ?

Thank you.

yes, it should work as long as it has the output mentioned to boot AP.

I have used non-branded to power up the AP, they work as expected as long as the meet the requirement.

By default, a 4800 uses about 33.0wac.

Cisco's power injector are made by a company called PhiHong.  Look for an injector that can do 60wac.

interesting, Thank you for pointing me to Phihong. so is it safe to say that any injector that provides 60wac can be used to power the AP4800 adequately ?
