I am trying this command: archive download-sw /reload tftp://x.x.x.x/ap1g8-k9w8-tar.153-3.JK5.tar on my AP9105 AXI model but I am receiving the following error: This image does not support this AP product or model. Please use the recommended image and try again.

At the back of the AP is a plate (or sticker) where the AP serial number and MAC address are printed.  In the same plate, it also prints the Date of Manufacture. 

What is the Date of Manufacture?  Is it later than September 2022?

Yes, the date of manufacture is January 2023

I want the acess point to join the 1832i controller of version 8.10.151.0, as per the Mobility Express Software Compatibility Matrix, the access point image should be 15.3(3)JK5.

The AP will not be able to load that version.  Read the Field Notice @marce1000 posted.  This is why I asked for the Date of Manufacture.

- Because of the mentioned Field Notice , you have no other option then to
use the mentioned release , check if it can work.
