I am unable to access my AP.
I have checked my com port and put the same com port in putty but here is nothing showing except black command prompt.
Also checked below point
Baud rate: 9600
Flow control: disabled
Character side:8
Stop bits: 1

- Cisco APs can be picky and or stubborn regarding the type/brand of serial cable being used , try another one,

Or the AP is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Test the cable on a known working AP to confirm the cable and setup is correct.
Power cycle the AP while you have the console connected to see whether you see anything at all.
As far as cable is concerned it's generally best to use a cable with genuine FTDI chipset, and before buying check the reviews to make sure the cable has been tested by somebody with Cisco APs. Even cables that work with Cisco routers and switches sometimes do not work with Cisco APs.
