Unable to copy and replace AP using prime Error COMMON-1

We had a bad AP (CAP3602I) and we replaced it.While trying to copy and replace the AP using prime it shows some error like COMMON-1: Some unexpected internal error has occurred. If the problem persists please report to the Tech Support. What may be the issue ?

Hi,

Looks like there is already an entry in the db. Can you search for 'UnAssociated entries' as below & delete the entry ?

Also look under "look under Configure --> Access points" page for that  entry/ethernet mac & delete it ?

After doing above try to add it again.
