Unable to join an AIR-CAP2702E-E-K9 to WLC5508

Hi expert guys

I have new AP CAP2702E-E-K9 but can not join it the current WLC

After config IP, gateway and WLC address, it only show 

Translating "CISCO-CAPWAP-CONTROLLER"...domain server (255.255.255.255) on the console screen

Help me to check it

On occasion we get an AP that will not join automatically. At that point I  use the following command on the AP in enable mode:

capwap ap controller ip address <ip address of controller>

Hi Bill, i also use that command: capwap ap controller ip address 107.107.211.4

Connect a console cable to the AP and reboot the AP.  I want to see the entire boot-up and the WLC discovery process.

which method are you using to discover WLC by AP ?

Hmmmm ... Static IP address. 

In enable mode, enter this command "capwap ap primary <WLC Name> <WLC Management IP address>".
