unable to match to a dhcp scope and client get 0.0.0.0

controller 2504 has fixed IPs for management

Internal DHCP Disabled 

We use External DHCP and client belongs to VLAN 10

Logs Show "*DHCP Server: Sep 22 10:14:05.166: %DHCP-6-SCOPE_NOT_FOUND: dhcpd.c:308 Dropping packet from x.x.x.x (unable to match to a dhcp scope)"

What is mean " %DHCP-6-SCOPE" ? is 6 Number for IPv6 or what?

and We have many client get 0.0.0.0  "See the Picture"

What version of software are you using?
Have you done a debug on the clients experiencing this?
Get a packet capture on the client DHCP packets to confirm nothing wrong with those.

try few more tests

set the DHCP proxy mode to enable instead of Global under dynamic interface and try

Remove the Primary DHCP Server IP from dynamic interface and set the ip helper address on upstream switch gateway of dynamic interface and see if it resolves the issue, this will rule out server issue.

are you able to capture packets on DHCP server to see the unicast discovery is reaching Server, I see some of them being forwarded.

Going back to this old discussion which original poster never responded to anymore - one more thing for me to add:

Product Version.................................. 8.2.141.0

That is very old!  Update software to latest release which can support your APs as per TAC recommended link and compatibility matrix below.

Take note of field notices mentioned below too before you start upgrades.
