Hello,
I recently add a new AP 2600 series in my network. I have WLC 8.3.102.0 and Prime 2.2.0.0.158 but I can't view that access point on it.
That AP works well with users connected.
Any idea!
Cheers

You need to upgrade Prime. Here is a compatibility matrix that you should keep handy. There are a lot of components to verify:). Hope that helps.

Eric,
Take a look at this thread and see if it helps. It's for PI 3.1, but should still be prevalent to your version.

Hello, thank you. You're wright. It's weird because other AP work well (AP which where running with previous version of Prime and still work).
I'm updating first 2.2 to 3.0 then to 3.0.0.132. I have this error for the second upgrade:

Verify the MD5 hash of the second file. I use HashTab to check files I have downloaded. Try that first or else there might be another gotcha.

One thing also is to run the command from the console. If it's a VM, run the upgrade from the VM console:
ERROR : Please run the application upgrade from the system console to
monitor upgrade progress. Use system monitor, serial terminal or a virtual console
to initiate the upgrade.

I used CLI.

You didn't SSH right?

I do connect by SSH.

If this is a VM, you need to connected using ESXi console. Don't ssh to the instance because your ssh will disconnect during the upgrade.

Hello,
I have another error on the ESXi console.
Initiating Application Upgrade...
Stage 1 of 7: Transferring file ...
-- complete.
Stage 2 of 7: Unpacking file ...
% Unable to unbundle the package. Package may be corrupt or ther is not enough disk space.
I clean up Prime disk, but I still have the same error.
Thank for your help
