Unknown Device connected to router

Hi,

I have been trying to figure out which Cisco device hardware is Model Gen8.  I cannot distinguish if this is anything I own.  I reset my router but some how the Cisco HW keeps connecting to the router.  From the wifi analyzer I see it also supports the following services: Layer3Forwarding, WanCommonInterfaceConfig, WanIPConnection, WFALanConfig.  Tried to find actual HW searching online but nothing shows specific to that model name. I am trying to understand if this is one of Cisco server catalyst that I had read online. Hoping I am not being hacked.  If anyone is familiar, please help to confirm.

Thank you

@jax081 You haven't said what model of router this is but if it runs IOS or IOS-XE then you could enable CDP and LLDP and use "show cdp neigh detail" and "show lldp neigh detail" which might show you more detail if the device supports CDP or LLDP.
