Upgradation in 2504 WLC

Hi Experts,

We are having 2504 WLC with 7.4.121.0 code and FUS code of 1.0.0 . We would like to upgrade the code to 8.0.120.0 , and in recommedations i have seen that we need to upgrade the FUS code to 1.9( 1.0.20) .

Can I upgrade the FUS code directly to the recommended one or should I need to upgrade to 1.7(1.0.16) and chain upgrade.

Direct upgrade should work. Pls do via console & log the output for reference
