Mostly mobile phones are getting disconnected(vivo,iphone,samsung,etc)
then run some troubleshooting tips taking one MAC address and use analyzer as suggested to identify the issue or post here the Logs ?

- Have a checkup of the 9800 controller configuration with the CLI command show tech wireless and feed the output into :

- Check controller software version , if go for 17.9.4a (if older version installed)
