Hi so as the title says, Users is experiencing drop off on the wireless connection.

I checked the logs on the Access points, and encountered below error. It seems to happend on more than 1 client. I also checked the WLC and confirmed these are indeed clients.

So my question is what does below error actually mean, does it have anything to do with the random drop off users are experiencing?

Access points which are used are: Cisco Aironet 4800.

Wireless Lan Controller used: Cisco 5520 Wireless Controller.

Do let me know if you need more information

 - Don't have an immediate explanation for this particular error message, however have a sanity check of the controller configuration with https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessAnalyzer/ , further more turn on client debugging for clients experiencing problems and analyze with , https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessDebugAnalyzer/  - perhaps the particular error message will be elaborated on and or get explained.

Depending on how often this happens, can you enable a client debug with:

debug client macaddress

Maybe that would show more information.

What software version is installed on the WLC?
