using Cisco (AIR-LAP1142N-A-K9) for connecting to other WiFi AP

Hello everybody,

Recently, I bought a Cisco (AIR-LAP1142N-A-K9) device and reset it to the factory default via the terminal port(COM3).

Now, I have access to its Web interface through its LAN perfect.

How can I connect it to my home WiFi? I can not figure out how can I search for the available WiFi access points and then connect it to one of them through its terminal or Web GUI too.

I appreciate it if you guide me about my problem.

Sound like what you are searching for is to use WGB ( WorkGroupBridge)
