I just set up a virtual WLC and configured Aps with 3 SSID.
I configured APs in flexconnect mode, since with local mode , i couldn't see my SSIDs broadcast.
Now most of users , aprox 90% are connected, but 10% cannot see the SSIDs . It's not a coverage issue, because we tested many devices in the same room of the affected users and we can see this SSIDs.
Any idea
