Hi.
I look for information about a dual mode phone
(if it exists), combining VoIP(over WLAN) and GSM|CDMA.

I haven't seen one, but they do make BlueTooth enabled phones .

Also, Fujitsu will be coming out with their LOOX Pocket PC/Phone/PDA this summer.
Will run Windows Pocket PC 2002, BlueTooth, accept a GSM/GPRS plug in phone module, and has Compact Flash slot for Wireless LAN card!

We have a PDA model with built-in 802.11b that works well with VoIP, plus has an open CF slot to add a GSM, CDMA or other cellular card.
We intend to test the maximum range for Voice over WLAN, but we expect at least 1 Km.
