hell,
Does any one have experience in deploying vWLC on vmware workstation and joining aps?
how could it be configured service and mgmt interfaces?
i have selected service port in vmnet0 and mgmt port in bridge mode and web gui is ok, but cann't join any ap, even with static bvi and controller ip address.
i have tested mgmt in both tagged and untagged mode, but no success.
switch side config is in access mode.
Thanks

Hi,
If you console into the AP, what error are you seeing? Can the AP ping the controller?
Thanks

APs were pinging controller and there wan no connectivity problem,
finally i figured out the problem was because of mismatch of access point regulatory domain with controller's.
As a result, cisco vWLC can be deployed on wokstation just like ESXi and there is no need to a trunk port in vmware workstation.
i configured service port to vmnet0 and bridged management port to my pc's NIC and every think works good.

Hi Mortaza
Great stuff. I bought a vWLC license just now and I also have vmware worskstation 12.
Can you share me your steps on how you installed it? Also is your device with the vWLC using GNS3 to simulate or is it directly connected to your network?
Thanks
