Hello, Which AP can I replace the Cisco WAP321 with?

It really depends on your requirements.

The end of life announcement for the WAP321 didn't specifically call out a model

Given it was targeted at small business there basically two options (unless you want to also buy a controller to manage the access point):

• Meraki Cloud Managed (easy to setup and all the backup hard part of config is done in the cloud) - Tip you may be eligible for a free one with 1 year of licensing by watching a webinar they run this promotion regularly - https://meraki.cisco.com/en-au/freeap/
  • You can then extend the licensing out after that year if your happy.
• Cisco Catalyst 9100 AP - running the Embedded Wireless Controller. Will require more skill to setup as not as simple as just defining the SSIDs and VLANs.
