Hello,
I recieve the same critical alerts in WCS the same time each week on the same 2100 series WLC:
Port '3' is down on Controller '10.x.x.x. - Controller Name: WLC1
Port '4' is down on Controller '10.x.x.x. - Controller Name: WLC1
Port '5' is down on Controller '10.x.x.x. - Controller Name: WLC1
This is a false positive because these ports are not currently being used. I can choose to acknowledge or clear these alerts but WCS keeps generating them. I could not find any settings or thresholds where I can tell WCS to stop reporting these alerts.
Does anyone know what other actions I can take to stop generating these alerts?
