Hi,

WCS is reporting few AP's are not associated with it. While troubleshooting, AP conneceted switch interface shows UP/UP and show power inline output gives IEEE PD instead of AIR-LAP1131AG-E-K, after doing a shut/no shut on AP connected interface. Later after sometime AP comes up.

Please help me out to investigate the problem.

Hi Surendra,

All the WLC logs are overwritten. When it happenes next I can capture the logs, but mean while I have WCS logs

AP 'AP1', interface '802.11a' is down on Controller.

AP 'AP1', interface '802.11b/g' is down on Controller.

Santhosh

Hi,

This does not give us much info.. however, whenever the B/G radio is enabled or disabled globally the AP will reboot.. make sure someone is not toggling it..

Logs from the WLC will be of some help

No problem!! Its my pleasure.. Just run the below debug on the WLC as well,

debug mac addr (Select any one AP which is facing this issue)

debug lwapp events enable or debug capwap events enable

debug lwapp errors enable or debug capwap errors enable

on the concerned WLC and paste it here as well
