Is there a way to set up a system for provisioning guest access credentials that can be used by employees and receptionist without involving IT staff?
This is something offering by Aruba, and I wonder how we get this in Cisco World

Hi Nhan,
The answer is yes and it's called the Lobby Ambassador in Cisco terms. It functions much the same way as the Aruba solution does. You need a WCS in your wireless environment as that is the box which stores the accounts. It allows for employees who have been given a Lobby Ambassador account to create guest access credentials.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Paul
