Hi everyone,
This is my scenario:
Customer using WLC as hotspot for guest SSID which authentication is local.
If I create user accounts the following hapens: User1 can be used by many users and they need an account per user due to security and BW reasons.
I wonder if in order to have an stronger web auth I must configure an external web auth server or apply any access policies?
I'd appreaciate your suggestions!
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
the external web server just allows for a more complex login page. Login policies and authentication is handled by the WLC.
For number of concurrent login, check in the WLC security tab. "User login policies". You can configure it there.

Nicolas

One more thing, if you would like to make the solution a bit scalable by making use of external RADIUS server
such as Cisco Secure ACS , you can configure max sessions per user to control that as well.

yes that is possible via ACS.
