When configuring LEAP, I need to use WEP Encryption. But when I need to use CCKM or WPA, I need to use Cipher Tkip. So why I need to configure differently and what is the difference between WEP Encryption and Cipher Ckip ? And can WPA and CCKM be used together ?

I do not have a good explanation on why ciphers is required for CCKM and WPA.
CCKM and WPA are mutual exclusive on the wireless client. You either configure WPA or CCKM on wireless clients, not both.
You can configure both CCKM and WPA on the access point. However, the access point can use CCKM or WPA per wireless client.
