I need a copy of the IP Setup Utility to get the IP address on a Cisco Aironet 1530 access point.

i don't think you able to get now...why do you need it ?

You probably can find it on old forums, but it might be a but dificult. You can always relay on the CDP/LLDP information to find the IP given.

As Ruben says there are much better ways to get the IP!
You can look at bindings on DHCP server if it uses DHCP, you can look at ARP cache on default gateway and you can use CDP/LLDP as Ruben says.
And of course you can plug in a console cable and get it directly from the AP too.
I really wouldn't waste your time with trying to find a very old unsupported utility that just does what you would do anyway yourself.
