Which Wireless AP wall type with 2 PoE extend port ?

Now we use 1815w butt it only have 1 PoE Extend port , I am not sure any model have 2 PoE Extend port

Not that I am aware of, you need an external power injector I guess here, ( what is the use case?)

We have 2 IP-Phone in that areas , Butt only have 1 UTP for Wireless AP.

How is this IP-Phone connected back to SIP Server, Wired or wireless?

May be you need to extend your network if that is requirement with simple Layer 2 switch with  PoE
